process vs. outcome

watching the US presidential campaign, albeit more distanced than most on these boards, one thing has become more and more clear in the 'styles' of the candidates...one is process-focussed, the other is more outcome-focussed (both, of necessity, also encompass the other style within their preferred focus, but each has his own particular focus)

which is your style? process or outcome?
